Shuttles 2012

The shuttle service was first introduced to facilitate the transfer of artists and guests from their place of arrival (train station, airports, etc.) to hotels.

We decided to make this service available for festival-goers so that they can access hotels and the place where the Festival takes place more easily.

Moreover, this service is free so we seek all your understanding as for its organization.

Here are the details concerning shuttles as planned by the Transport Committee :

	For artists and guests	For Festival-goers
SHUTTLES Hotels - Festival - Hotels	- Outside the service hours : The same as for festival-goers. - During the service hours : Special shuttles dedicated to artists.	The shuttle timetable between hotels and the Festival will be posted in all the hotels. You will also be able to ask for them at the information desk of the festival.
SHUTTLES Train station - Hotels	Depending on the arrival of artists.	The shuttle will run every hour for the Friday, 1 pm. Festival-goers are asked to wait for the minibus at the BELCIER exit. This exit is situated at the opposite of the main exit of the train station (behind the station).
SHUTTLES Airport - Hotels	Depending on the arrival of artists.	Festival-goers who will arrive at the Bordeaux-Mérignac airport and who would like to use the shuttle service are asked to tell us 10 days before to facilitate the organization of their reception.
